🕒 Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
– In new, unworn condition
– In its original packaging
– Free from signs of use or wear

Please note: items that show signs of wear or are returned without packaging may not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

🚚 Return Shipping

We cover the return shipping cost. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label by email. Simply print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post or UPS location.
